Lovely Small Resort with Beautiful View
We stayed in valley view room with balcony. Room is really good and big enough. Hygienic bathroom , small fridge in room, big bed. they have provided all the basic amenities . Even they have A/C option which was not need during monsoon time though

Worst experience ever had
It was a worst experience we had
1. There was no way to the entry and no one to receive guest
2.Rooms are not air conditioned
3. You will find cockroaches all over room and even in washroom
4.Cannot watch television as management will not pay for dish tv channels
5.Breakfast will be served with only puri and curry — you will not find any person at the place and no person will serve you
They will serve omlet — full burned and served without fully cooked
6.No generator — if power gets off

Munnar
A highlight of our trip to India. The service was excellent, the rooms were quiet and clean, and there is a beautiful view from the resort. The food was amazing and we would definitely recommend the resort to others.

we booked the hotel ( Valley view )through make my trip and also i called the hotel to confirm the room , but surprisingly when i reach the hotel they showed me a small tree house which was exactly the bed size room. after explaining them about my booking they took me to another building which was not a icloud resort and gave me a room in front side of the hotel and said this is the valley view room where i got irritated and shouted. then exactly they provided me a room in i cloud with valley view. which exactly i booked
Coming to food it is just a food with normal taste . no complaints on food but complementary breakfast dont expect too much .

AVERAGE NATURE STAY @ AVERAGE RATES ...
an average stay ... in munnar not so god ... also not so poor ..
... mid range ... ok to stay 2 days .......
the hotel also have studio or premium range rooms but at that cost we can get some good 3 star hotels near by....
