Park connect the Panoroma

Reached on 12th October 2019 evening. Booked four AC Rooms with extra bed. Check in was in minutes (really took 2 minutes). Rooms were neat and clean. Worth staying here with family. Staff members were very very helpful and provided us with necessaryhelp. Mr.John was too helpful with a friendly smile. Overall experience for me and our family members were satisfactory. Rooms were spic and span.
Keep it up. Very very neat and tidy rooms. Leg space/moving space is too good.

Stay @ Park Connect, Kakkanad, Kochi

Neat & clean Rooms, spacious parking adjacent to the Hotel. Courteous staff. Breakfast is good but should increase the breakfast spread.Rooms are not big as mentioned in the website, but compact. All the 3 approaches from the main road are sloping downwards. Toddy shop is situated in one of the approaches.Little bit costlier for the facilities and place.

I don’t recommend

I was there to check in by 11.45 PM . There were no light at all. The guy who was at reception doesn’t have any reception etiquette’s.
Room was clean and occupied with basic amenities. It is okay for just sleep but not recommended for long stays .Room size is too small .

Value for money

A nice neat and clean hotel with all necessary amenities. Situated in easily accessible location. Room was small but enough for 2 person but if you are with family then that room will not be recommended however i don't know whether they have bigger category of room or not
Breakfast tastes good but there is very limited choice of dishes. Which can be expanded a little bit. Restaurant staff is polite but required more training as most of the time they look clueless during breakfast time.
Overall a good stay .

Good hotel

Nice hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well maintained with good hygiene level. Overall recommended for family as well as business trips.
