Front end receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was very helpful and attentive . Carpets in the hallway was very filthy , rooms were clean , mattresses very uncomfortable , washrooms need a deep cleaning, dirty in many areas .

Average stay in Tirupanithura, Cochin. Nice clean well organized property ideal for families Poor service&parking spaces

NM Royale is ideal for a no-frill family stay in Thirupanithura area of Kochi for a day.
The hotel is located just outside the fort area, 3 km from the bustling Main Street. Not noisy but not too far away from all the palace and shops, provided you have a car.
But that brings the car into the equation isn’t it. Well, you got to be lucky to get a parking spot.
You might ask why? Well the place has wonderful restaurants that cater to the families and there’s a bar too. The breakfast place in the mezzanine area was open bright and welcoming serving only the local hot food. Surprisingly the appam &stew was the best I’ve ever had and the thattu dosa &sambar with the vada were amazing too. Omelettes were served hot on demand. Fruit salads. And that’s it. No nonsense spread of 20 bad tasting cold food. Coffee could have been better. No Non-veg choice. But I really like the breakfast. Five stars.
Room was just enough to sleep. Fantastic central ac. Beddings and pillows could be better; No space to do my morning yoga. Peaceful night sleep was what I was after. So will give 3.5 stars.
Check in/ check out guys were too busy with work. I was made to wait for 30 minutes for both. We were charged for water bottles inspite of them not giving enough water ( only one bottle)

I was staying with my wife in NM Royale County for 12 days during my Kerala vacation. Only problem I found was there's no overhead shower facility, only a hand held shower head is there. I found very difficult to take a bath only with a hand held shower head.

Best Hotel

Nice place to stay we enjoyed our two days stay Rooms are spacious and neat. Staff are courteous and well mannered. Food is tasty and hygenic though a little bit costly. Should improve the parking lot.
