Fraud Scammers

All customers should be aware that this hotel does not honor online bookings, especially when they come with discounts. The hotel owner and staff often use various excuses to deny your check-in simply because you paid a lower price through an online offer. They pressure you to cancel and rebook offline at a higher rate, fully aware that online bookings are often non-refundable due to unfair policies. This results in the hotel earning double while misleading both the customer and the booking platform. I strongly advise against booking this hotel online to avoid being scammed.
