Excellent hospitality and location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms are well maintained and the ambience is good. Food is contemporary and good.

Overall the best

In the prime location, taking cab is very easy and by walk also it was suitable, Rooms are super clean, but price wise , it was affordable. If you want to stay in an affordable price , then this is the one.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay at Wise Owl Comfotel

I recently stayed with my family at Wise Owl Comfotel in Kolkata and had a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was a major advantage—easy to access and well-connected to all the key parts of the city. The breakfast spread was also good and added to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

Avoid avoid avoid

Terribly dirty, staff unaccommodating. Provided with dirty bedding, one dirty towel per 2 persons. Corridors in a terrible state, leftover food all over the floor. Staff told not to wake up guests in the morning for breakfast as they reached the accommodation on the day of arrival at 5am. They were still woken up and bothered to present passports at that particular time. We had to find an alternative accommodation for the rest of the nights as this was unbearable. Staff did not want to return any money for the remaining time. This was a group of 13 people who were staying in 7 rooms. Absolutely disgraceful and wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Very reasonable

This is excellent choice for travellers, who are seeking three star hotels. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food and drinks services are also excellent.
