Good hotel good service

Good hotel with Delicious breakfast and Good services… spacious banquet halls and the special thanks to mr Saravana and Naveen and also the manager mr Arjuna and all housekeeping staffs and ms Subha had taken care throughout the meeting.

Pathetic hotel. Worst experience ever.

Our entire family of ten had a terrible experience at this hotel. The air conditioning was broken and we couldn’t sleep the entire night. The staff was also very abusive. When we complained, they told us to vacate and leave at 4 am. There was no hot water either. This place is a scam and no one should book a room here.

Our visit to Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple and Dhanushkodi

We stayed at Cosmopolitan Hotel Madurai on 1st November 2025. Our stay was just for one night. We reached the hotel at around 7:30pm and after visiting Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple and Dhanushkodi
We were allocated 326, 3327. The rooms were of same size and design. The bath room was also decent size with washbasin, WC and Shower area. The bed was not very comfortable. The room also had a small table with two chairs and TV. Though we never watched TV.
The Bathroom had no amenities like, Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc.
The food at restaurant was very bad. We had only dinner. For dinner we had both veg and non-veg Fried Rice.
The bad points are:
When we checked in, we were never served welcome drinks. When we asked about the same in evening after our visit to Meenakshi Amman Temple then we were served the Welcome drinks.
The service in the restaurant was very poor. Whenever we order some food items it would take ages to served. Sometime we had to request for 3-4 times. May there are less staff or they are not efficient.
In the heydays of the hotel, it seems to be an excellent hotel but with time and no maintenance it is gone now.
The only good thing about the hotel is that the back door directly opens on the Madurai Junction Railway station.
Anyhow, our stay was ok, and would avoid Cosmopolitan Hotel Madurai in feature.

Pathetic experience

Visited in March 24. This hotel doesn't stand to the amount they charge for rooms. A.C. is a major issue, we changed room but result was same. Bedding n pillow covers were dirty. Towels were like door mats. Bathroom were not properly. Kindly avoid this hotel.

Worst room with zero room service

Very pathetic room.. paints are coming as flakes.. broken kettle, broken bathroom lock,no towels, soap... very basic room with worst room service..I would not recommend to anyone.moreover no breakfast also.
