AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Terrible experience — strongly advise all travelers to avoid this place.
I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Hotel Jupiter, Manali.
When I arrived at the Manali Volvo Bus Stand on 30 May 2025, a man approached me and my friend offering rooms at this hotel. We agreed, and a driver from the hotel took us in a car. Halfway to the hotel, the driver suddenly demanded ₹200 for the ride — something that was never mentioned earlier.
When we refused to pay for this surprise charge, the driver started abusing us badly, calling us names and saying:
"Tum jaise log free mein ghoomna chahte ho, itni aukaat nahi hai tumhari."
When we refused to stay at the hotel and tried to leave, things got worse. The driver and staff shouted at us:
"Nikal yahan se!"
"Tere baap ka road hai kya?"
"Maar ke shakal badal dunga!"
"Nikal bsd*!"*
We felt extremely unsafe and threatened. This was our first trip to Manali and this hotel completely ruined it.
I strongly warn other travelers — do not trust anyone approaching you at the bus stand, and definitely avoid Hotel Jupiter, Manali. Their staff use misleading tactics and abusive behavior to trap tourists.
Such behavior is unacceptable and I have already filed an official complaint with Himachal Pradesh Tourism.

Worst experiance with Jupiter

I had stayed in this hotel in March 2025 . Photos are shown in their website not actual.
The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life....rooms are worst quality.
Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
Some people of their group stay at Private bus stand Manali and they promise will arrange best hotel and dropp their own car
I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
Consider me , dont go with this Hotel Hupitel

Family Manali tour

We stayed at Jupiter Hotel. Hotel room cleanliness was good but there was some error in service. We are always kind to the staff for any request we make. My experience at the hotel has been average. There was no bath mat inside the bathroom, there was tea cuttle but no cup and coffee, tea beg, creamer sachets, I had requested for frying green chillies but for that too I was accepted. I would never want to go to the hotel again.

Great stay

Room is great with all facilities available at such genuine price and food is also very good. Location of the hotel is near the market and hadimba temple, parking is also available, staff is also very nice
