Worst !!!

My friends had booked this place and I had a horrible experience. The TV wasn't working, but they didn't give a damn. The guy at the reception has never the chair he is sitting on and thinks he is the king just because he stays in Mumbai. He is arrogant and probably the worst person living on the planet.

You'll regret booking this place

I booked the Deluxe Double Room. The room is would be 6.5 ft wide mas and has a queen size bed. Washroom would possibly be 2X2 in the highest category room. Its unhiegenic, dirty, smelly. No tolietries. I was lucky to have them with me packed from home.
Would be better to avoid this place.

Never even put your dog in this hotel

I booked this hotel through MMT and have I ever regretted a decision more than this? Three worst days of a hotel stay in my life and mind you I am 65 years old. The hotel building was bad and unkempt and I should possibly have walked away before entering and I would have been the better for it. I had booked and paid in advance for a standard room and they gave me a room in which I possibly would need to climb directly onto the pathetic bed. The room had no attached bathroom. I obviously upgraded and the upgraded room was no better with the difference that it had a dirty, smelly (no exhaust) excuse for a wash room with no soap or any usable amenities. During my 3 days stay, no housekeeping was done (I don't think they know the meaning of housekeeping). For room service they order food from nearby restaurants and server it. How one can eat in the matchbox size room beats me. I have stayed in Tokyo business hotels which have small rooms but they are rich on amenties. If even I had a dog I may not have put him there. The TV did not have English channels or they expect people with only vernacular knowledge to come in. One had to ask to get the pump to be run so that we could get running water. The door had a gap and therefore, loss of privacy. Overall, hated my stay there.
