Unpleasant staff

We arrived in Mysore during Dusshera festival and as every hotel were full we went to this one. We were 2 groups of 3 people, and first the hotel staff told us they only had 1 free room for 2 nights for a very expensive price. One of the groups took it and the other one left for another hotel. But we got called back by the hotel to say that they finally had another free room. As they did not mention anything and we paid the same price as our friends had done, we assumed that it would be the same kind of room... Big error. The room was so small with only 2 beds (we were 3) and the fan and plugs switched automatically off when you turned off the light.
We were so disappointed but as we had already paid we asked for the extra bed and they said no problem. When we came back from dinner around 11 pm, they finally told us that they did not have extra bed anymore because the hotel was too full, whereas they had sais OK for extrabed when we had paid. So we slept 3 persons in 2 beds in a small tiny room with no fan since we turned off the light at night.
A real oven.
Hopefully for the second night they enabled us to change room and we got an extra bed.
But the first night was a real nightmere.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel since the staff is not honnest and rooms are of poor quality.

the worst hotel in my live

I went a lot of hotels in India good and bad but but this is the worst in my live. In the middle of the night on persona tried to steal through the window of the room. The staff did not help us.
I would not recommend it.

This is a Fruad hotel, I strongly recommend not to book any room

I have booked two rooms and paid the amount online from bangalore. When I went there they say that they did not receive any amount and rooms are not free now. This are very irresponsible, these people have a tie up with a company called eZeecloud, and this ezeecloud does the online transactions for BTC comforts. My request is not to go for this hotel, dont do any online transaction with this hotel.
