Best in Mysur

We were looking for affordable and good hotel when we arrived in mysur. And we found the Dawn hotel ..Very clean and good rooms . Food is excellent.. Very near to other restaurants .. location is near JSS college and 4kms from bus stand and railway station

Disappointing Stay at The Dawn Hotel, Mysuru

I stayed at The Dawn Hotel in Mysuru from 15th August to 18th August, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
The room itself was equipped with all the basic amenities you'd expect, which initially seemed promising. However, several issues during my stay marred the overall experience.
Firstly, the breakfast service was consistently late, which was quite disappointing, especially when you're on a schedule. While some of the staff were helpful, even suggesting good places to buy sweets, others were quite the opposite. I encountered instances of rude behaviour and unresponsiveness that were far from hospitable.
Additionally, the TV remote in my room was not working when I arrived, and despite informing the staff, it wasn't fixed until I had to ask again the next day. This lack of attention to guest needs was frustrating.
Given these issues, I can't recommend The Dawn Hotel. I found better accommodations in Mysuru at comparable prices, offering a more pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Receptionist was rude and paid early check in charges which was not mentioned for online booking.

It was horrible experience I will never refer this hotel to anyone. Receptionist was terrible and rude. If you won't accept the request then you should not give the option. I have paid 600 extra for early check in which is first time in my life.

Best hospitality in mysuru

Enjoyed a delightful stay at this hotel! Impeccable service, stylish decor, and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect for exploring. Highly recommened for families and couples planning to visit mysore.

Over all good response good maintanence

Good staff and good response from the reception rooms are well maintained with clean i tidy. Overall good for booking rather than other hotels. I prefer this hotel with five stars rating. Over all happy
