Nice Hotel to stay even for a family. Service was good, Staff were obedient. Rooms were big and clean. Would love to visit again in my next tour to Nagpur.

Sir,
Please refer my booking had in Hotel Vrindavan, Nagpur, India for the period from 07.01.2025 to 10.01.2025 under Itinerary #72060572461994.
In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025.
I have already raised my problem with you through email on 07.01.2025 and over phone on 07.01.2025 but no support provided from your end.
As the hotel has cancelled my booking and not allowed me to check-in during my stay period, you are therefore requested to refund the amount pre-paid by me to Hotel.com for the same purpose.

Peaceful Stay

The hotel is located close to the main city area and surrounded by good restaurants and shopping places. The cleanliness and staff behavior is decent. The hotel is attached with a decent bar which serves food and liquor. I would definitely recommend it.

Close place to Nagpur Station - Decent Stay

The place is quite close to the main Railway Station - Towards Cotton Market side of the station within 1 km from station. The front desk is receptive. The hotel offers good rooms, clean toilets, prompt room service. There is no in-house restaurant, but the food ordered through room service is quite good. The connectivity to the hotel is very good. Check-out time is 24 hrs.

Good budget place to stay with family

Perfect budget place to stay overnight if you are driving and looking for a night halt at Nagpur. Its a nice hotel to stay for family if you are not so particular on luxuries. Food is ok and room service is also good. Staff is good. Rooms are ok. Location is good.
