Very good
Everything was Perfect...Miss Pooja guided us all over the time period of Stay... Washrooms were clean (2 toiles and 1 bathroom)... AC was nice and cool...and mainly Hot water is all time coming due to Geyser...Wifi was also fast...Bed have Charging port and Personal Fan... environment was not noisy....

True to its name, Raahgir calls out to the explorer within you!
At the start of May, when the heat (summer and electoral) was at its peak in Maharashtra, I had to travel for a Theatrical Workshop. In that scorching heat, I found a lovely vintage homestay-style backpackers hostel at @raahgirhostel it is an ancestral home of founder Pooja Joshi, who herself is a passionate solo wanderer and her love for backpacking travel gave her an idea to craft this co-shared space at her family home for generations in Nashik. And true to its name it calls out to the explorer within you!
It is on the banks of the Godavari River close enough to visit old architectural marvels and still, it maintains the calm and quiet in the old quarter of the ancient city of Nashik. The kitchen is fully functional, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at best, and you can choose your stay form private double rooms and mixed dorm as per your need.
During my stay at Raahgir, I had meaningful conversations with my host Pooja, about travel, cuisines, art, history, political churnings, and also struggles of women entrepreneurs while establishing out-of-box approach towards established business. She is such a nice human being and extends her generosity towards her guests by suggesting helpful pointers and making it easy to know her city as a traveller.
I strongly recommend @raahgirhostel stay if you are visiting Nashik!

Great Stay!
We were here for two days. The stay was very comfortable. The property has maintained the cleanliness.The location makes it easy to roam around the old city. Special mention to the host,Pooja, a very lively and cooperative person. I would like to be here again!

Had an amazing stay
Meera is a lovely host. We couldn’t meet her sister but I could feel the positive vibes around the place.
The place is located right in the centre of old Nashik. Easily accessible to restaurants, nearby sightseeing, public transportation.
Rooms has comfortable beds, kitchen is also available.
Wifi is also working very good throughout the property. I could watch a movie without any problem.
Every guest sit together in the hall during their free time to just talk about their travel experience in India. That’s something interesting.
Meera also mentioned about places to see/things to do around, those suggestions were helpful.
We would definitely come back again!

Splendid!!
A home away from home in the heart of panchavati, every main temple is nearby. Greatly appreciate Meera in creating a itinerary, specially nipha winery and arranging a tour there as well. Definitely my go to hostel when I visit Nashik again.
