Nice place to visit

It's a nice place to stay in ooty on the month of Dec - Jan. Good service and quality foods , one of the best at Kemp's cave. Very near to boat house and also near to bus stand and railway station. They arrange taxi also, just come and enjoy

Horrible

I will not recomend to anyone , please guys dont book here, staff are arrogant, rooms are not good, room service is hopeless, overall if you want headace book here... i had a very bad experiance.
whoever is the owner seems to be only concerned about earning money, not reputation.

Worest ever experience

I had planned my travelling to Ooty with great expectations about the place and our stay in Kemp's Cave. After discussing with the hotel persons over phone and chat, we decided to stay there. We took a cottage since all rooms were booked already. The cottage was 100 meters downhill and here I want to mention that I traveled with my aged parents and my two children (one is a 16month old). We reached at around 3:30pm on 29th April and nothing was ready. The rooms were stinking damp, one of the walls were wet and water dripping from the cracks. When we asked them they said we will provide extra blanket, that room was so call that you can store raw meat. Also they no basic amenities in any of the room. We had to call several time to get tea cups.
When we complained then they misbehaved. My parents and kids were shivering and we had to change the hotel at night.
The lunch which we ordered before reaching Ooty was severed cold.

Have booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 4 adult but they refused to admit 2 person per room and not provided breakfast . worst service

Kemps cave best of best

Kemps cave the wonder...... best place gor couples, groups, friends family, i visited with my friends. Staff very good & supportive. Front office people, restaurant people, service guys, food was good, location near to all the places, overall very much enjoyed, owner is such a gentle man, you'll never even find. I Suggests Kemps cave for all Ooty visitors. ✌️
