Amazing Stay at Pine palace resort

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pine Palace Resort in Pahalgam. The property offers a peaceful and scenic environment, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Specially Mr Tanveer was excellent for his hospitality. Always at our service. The resort also has a nice restaurant delicious local and Indian cuisine. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Pahalgam, offering both comfort and tranquility. Rooms are too good.

Bad, worst I have seen in the last few years

Horrible stay at this hotel with our full team.
Rooms are dirty, no hot water at almost 0 degree, bathrooms are just unhygienic, beds, blankets are not cleaned, we came here as our travel agent booked this hotel. But a terrible experience for 2 days.. not a single thing is worthy of a statement.

Good Hotel

Firstly, the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Although the tv was not working plus no wifi because it had just been installed and the services had not been started yet. The heaters were also just installed but not yet working so they provided electric blankets instead.
Food is okayish (6/10).
Now the good parts would be, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The general manager, mr. aatif was very helpful and patient to all queries regarding our stay.
You wake up to a very beautiful view of the mountains.
Taxi services are accessible from the reception.
If you want to visit during the snow i suggest you do it in mid December-November.

Amazing as kashmir is.

The hotel is good with beautiful sight scene, amazing weather as kashmir is having, where I met with one of the kindest person who is also Gen Mang of our hotel Mr Aatif. Amazing personalty. Trip rock

Kashmir velly is amazing

Me Krishana Modi I from Surat Gujarat I stay two days here in pine palace resort I realized that natures wonder is Amazing.The General Manager Mr Aatif of the hotel is very kind and his way of of talking is very polite.overall experience with the Manager was good.But few things I need to request you to improve in your hotel is as above,
1 Improve your food quality
2 hot water for bath
3 heater in the room
