Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Cleanliness

My overall experience at Sayaji Pune was disappointing. The front desk staff was not welcoming or professional, and the communication and service were below expectations. The room cleanliness was also not up to the standard I expected from a hotel of this level, with attention to basic housekeeping details clearly lacking.
Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both front-desk service and room cleanliness.
