Extremely disappointed

According to the property’s policy, we were supposed to check in around 2 PM. However, due to our travel schedule, we arrived and checked in at around 12:15 AM—a change I had already communicated to the hotel via email.
Upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned that we were given executive rooms, but when we went up, we found the rooms in a filthy state. After bringing this to their attention, they moved us to a different room. My group managed to settle into two rooms, but then the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working. We were forced to change rooms again and, unbelievably, they took us back to one of the same dirty rooms we initially rejected. They claimed it had been cleaned at 1:30 AM, but it was far from acceptable.
The entire property is poorly maintained. Rooms are not cleaned properly, the bathrooms are dirty, and using the toilet feels like standing in a sewage system due to the foul smell. The linens were not fresh either—what were supposed to be white sheets were so old and stained they appeared brown. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemies. Avoid at all costs!

Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. Other people we talked to at breakfast were having the same problems. Go somewhere else.
