Non coperative manager & Too much Noise

We checked out at 10:30 am against std checkout time of 11:00 am and wanted to go to Ganga ghat for 30-40 min but Hotel manager refused to kept our car parked at Hotel after check out. Though it was a Monday and Parking was almost empty but yet he refused which was very strange for me.
Apart from this, since the Hotel is located on Badrinath Highway so we experiencing a lot of noise of truck's Horn in front rooms (Premium rooms with view).

Provided unhygienic food we have received pizza there’s was involved 3 lady hair

My experience is very much poor we have order the pizza and we have received the order and Chekhov there was 3 lady hair involved I called to hotel staff he will return and same pizzza delivered and when we will meet hotel safe he told oregano and chili flex mix in advance in pizza respiee

Decently located

The hotel is nicely located with parking space. Rooms are spacious. Staff is cooperative. The snacks ordered were tasty.However, the complementary breakfast offered lack quality and not seems match with the snacks served on payment basis.

Kettle got stolen!!!

Our electric kettle was stolen from our room while we were having dinner. They showed least concern. Even cctv couldn’t be accessed
Their excuse: system glitch
Our food (restaurant) bill went missing completely .
Their excuse: clerical negligence
Credit/debit machines out of order. Only cash accepted

Worst experience staying at this poorly managed hotel

Worst hotel, run by goons. Very irresponsible staff who did not even acknowledge damaging my car in their basement. Petrol was also substantially lower. No compensation or resolution was done. They have no backup for camera recordings for anyone to check incase of incident. They pretended to check the camera but they did not have any recordings at all for night time. This is such a horrible thing especially for customers who are looking for safety. Manager is a good himself who told us that we can call police regarding our incident and he will manage it with him.
