A bad experience.

We had been to this place to celebrate a Birthday on 31st March 2021. I was going to this place after a long time. It was an awful experience. The appetizers soup were worst of its kind,half prepared. We had ordered 3 different starters, but all of them were of the same taste. One was over baked and hard to chew. The main course Blackdal tadka was good,for which the one star. The chicken curry was bland. We had categorically told that all three starters were bad while ordering for main course. However in the end when we told the steward that we ought not to pay for the starters as we had told earlier that they were absolutely bad;the steward raised his voice and replied roughly that the Bills were done so nothing can be changed. One water bottle was left untouched,that was also not discounted for in the bill.GENTLEMAN OF THE HOTEL,YOU CAN ALWAYS VOID THE BILL AND CAN CREATE A NEW BILL. We had ordered for a take away Hyderabadi biryani,which when tried by one of the guests who could not come to the hotel, it was found that it was Ghee fried rice and boiled chicken. Should be unfair trade practice using the name HYDERABADI BIRYANI.

Company’s work

6days staying at this hotel and the hotel is very much friendly behaviour. Very tasty food and great service by staff. Room was good and very comfortable bedroom. Interior is very nice & room service was great.

Very very bad service

very very bad service by receptionist i think Shubham, i had asked him to pack breakfast, around 6:30 am, firstly he forgot, then in hurry ordered wrong then arguing Nd finally after waiting for 30 mins no breakfast, rooms are dirty, beds not cleaned properly, i would advise respected traveler to stay in road but in this hotel.
Horrible experience and very bad attitude by receptionist.
