VERY POOR MAINTENANCE

Room was good with good View . But the cleanliness is a question . Staffs are not at all up to the mark .Service is very poor . Even for towel , an extra pillow we were harrassed . There was no one to listen to requests

Satisfactory

The location of the hotel is excellent, away from crowd of city. Very good building with magnificent view, but maintenance and cleanliness is very poor, which I brought to their notice & they agreed to improve. Staff is friendly and obeying. However there is deficiency in food preparation. Moreover convenient & very good place to stay entourage other places in Himachal.
