Worst hotel ever seen don’t go there no management no hotel staff co operative . Hotel manager misbehaves . Food quality worst . Hotel staff worse . Beding also worst . Staff misbehaves . Manger is not having quality how to talk with the customers . Having lot of attitude . Don’t know how to deal with customers . Light off no generator or inverter to takle the situation

One of the Best place to stay in srinagar

Service was really awesome ...they take care of each and every need of us.love to stay at this place ....must recommend place....the rooms were spacious and cozy it feels like home plus the food was tasty tooo ...they took special care of veg and nonveg food and hygiene

Comfortable stay at Hotel Centre Point

We (family of 3) would like to give a big thumbs up to Hotel Centre Point during our stay in Srinagar last week. Points to highlight - Friendly kitchen and canteen staff. Very good food. Spacious and clean rooms with 24 hours hot water and other amenities. Prompt room service.

Good transit hotel

We booked as a transit hotel for one night since we had an early morning flight. The airport is about 10-15 mins away on an empty road from the hotel.
The hotel is interior to the main road. But the hotel in itself is good. The staff were humble and welcome and the rooms were pretty good and spacious with all the necessary amenities.
The rooms are provided with AC and fan- but make sure you book an AC room or you won’t be allowed to use the AC.
The rooms are centrally heated, so there is no option of using the heater manually. So if the heater is centrally switched off and you are cold- you’ll have to help yourself or ask the staff to help you. They will definitely help you.
The food is decent with good options.
Overall, a good transit stay. And a budget stay considering the general pricing of Srinagar.
