Ageing Hotel with Good hospitality

The services of the hotel are good despite being aged. The warmth and hospitality of the associates tries to make up for the infrastructural shortcomings. The staff is really good and helps to make your stay comfortable. Especially want to mention a few associates who were really helpful

Great stay!

Exceptional stay at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar! The hospitality throughout our visit was outstanding. A special thanks to Rayees at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Tasaduq from housekeeping ensured our room was always impeccably clean and spotless. We also had a wonderful dining experience thanks to Isfaq and the chef, who served us some of the best food we had during our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Amazing and very comfortable stay on all aspects - food, room, service, everything...

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Four Points by Sheraton, Srinagar.
Being Jain vegetarians, food preferences and preparation are extremely important to us, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate every single request with warmth and care. A special thanks to Chef Vinod Singh, Chef Waseem, Executive Chef Shanavaz, and servers Ishfaq, Asgar, and Farood for their exceptional hospitality.
They curated an incredible variety of dishes for us, including delicious pakodas, Kashmiri biryani, Indian Chinese, Gujarati food, and North Indian cuisine. What made the experience even more special was their thoughtful effort in preparing Kashmiri delicacies tailored to our dietary preferences, allowing us to enjoy the local flavors comfortably.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The team personally checked in with us during every meal to ensure we were enjoying everything and happily welcomed feedback—though honestly, there was barely anything to improve. Every dish we requested, and even more, was served with genuine warmth and care.
Their attention to detail, kindness, service, and hospitality truly made our experience memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal and are extremely grateful for the effort put in by the entire team.
They can easily beat Taj group of hotels!
