BAD HORRIBLE
I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel in Srinagar. We had chosen your property to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected.
From the moment we arrived. The room was clean, with house keeping not available after 5pm, making our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the amenities promised at the time of booking were either unavailable or poorly maintained. We were served food everyday in our SMALL bedroom. Dining area was locked due to less guests and we were hence not allowed there like we were some kind of outcastes.
Despite informing the staff about our special occasion, there was no effort to make our stay memorable—instead, we faced delays, mismanagement, and an overall lack of hospitality. This was supposed to be a day to cherish, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed.
All in all , if you get options please DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Very disappointed.

It is not really good experience at all. I will really not recommend this property for stay. Food is also not proper.
The rating which is mentioned in google is 4 star. But it is a 1 star properties.

Comfortable stay
The only matter of concern is that there is a constant smell (maybe of the river Jhelum nearby or some sort of a Jheel) in the room and water .
Other than that a good hotel .
