Best Hotel in Thamel

Hotel satkar located on heart of city center I was there for couple of night the room is cozy neat and clean ,with on quite environment, from the hotel everything is close resturent , shopping places I will highly recommend to anyone who are thinking to stay at the Thamel

Worst hotel in Surat. Don’t go by photos posted on their website.

Worst hotel for the money, I paid. I booked online through Expedia. The photos on their website is cheating.
Bedsheets and linens are not clean. Room stinks. Elevator stinks. Internet does not work.

Third class hotel , NEVER BOOK

Breakfast was included in my booking but hotel did not provided ...
Booking was of 3 persons and hotel provided all the facilities for 2 persons only...
No bed for 3rd person, No water bottle for 3rd person, no shampoo,towel,soap,oil for 3rd person...
So what was the reason of paying for 3rd person?

Recommended

On our arrival to surat we were very disappointed with the hotel we booked. On the spot we had to look for another hotel and we went to Satkar Hotel. Value for money. Clean and highly responsive team at your service. The only thing is it does not have any restaurant.

Receptionist will cuss if you complain. Terrible

Terrible experience, no hot water or warm water available. When I went to complain to reception, he rather solving the problem he cussed me "chodya, ch**marike", etc and got up from his seat to hit me and my dead ordering staff to throw my barrages.
Wouldn't recommend anyone here ever.
