I recently stayed at Narayani Executive and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a well-maintained bathroom.

Very poor service. We waited 45 minutes just for rotis and never got them. Had to leave our sabji and salad untouched. N

Very disappointing experience.
We were served extremely slow, and when we asked for rotis to have with our sabji, it took them around 45 minutes — and even then, we never received them. In the end, we had to leave our plates with sabji and salad untouched. Totally unacceptable service. Would not recommend this hotel for dining. Disappointed with the service. The staff behaved very unprofessionally and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were eating for free. Would not recommend this place for dining.
