The best hotel of Vadodara up to mordern standards

For a Marriott hotel, this was a very poor experience. As an experienced traveller and gold member I have stayed at many Marriott hotels throughout the year. A few issues to note:
Check in took 20mins
Check out room 25mins due to lack of staff
There was one female to assist with luggage so my wife and I carried some ourself, as well as pushing the luggage trolly.
The buffet was mostly empty both nights.
Both my children got ill from eating in the restaurant
They only had one luggage trolly for the whole hotel
The deputy manager has no sense of hospitality or how to deal with unsatisfied customers.
Personally I would not stay there again

Staff was courteous but HVAC was not working on 5th & 6th floor for almost an hour. Internet connection was also tricky.

This is my second visit in 1 year staff is extremely helpful, amenities and room service is excellent too. Rooms are clean as hell

Our stay at this hotel was the wonderful. Staff was courteous (especially Mr Bharat ) and their service was excellent. Breakfast was rich and spread was vast. I will stay here next time I visit Vadodara.
