Beautiful room and grt service

We had booked 2 luxury rooms which was sea facing ,rooms wer very spacious clean and beautiful ,excellent location ,most of the happening clubs and bars are in walkable distance ,property is very well maintained ,and absolutely value for money ,service is spot on ,star of this place is mr arya( manager ), thks a lot arya for making our stay comfortable , staffs here r very warm and very friendly ,always ready to help with smiling face ,this is gonna be ma permanent place when in goa

Beach front ? 29 minute walk - sea view - in the restaurant - relaxing ? Not for a moment. I booked on beach front and beach access and it’s nothing like. I especially emailed to confirm beach front ….. it’s on a cliff - it’s not very clean and there is no room service and I never once found hot water in the taps - In short not what I booked (and for that I blame Expedia ) and not nice enough to go again. The plus points were that the staff tried to help but they really had no real options to fix the issues

Unsatisfactory Stay

Its little bit off the road, few shops around. The rooms are big in size but there was a foul smell in the rooms. The plug points were broken and the kettle was not available in the room. They have 2 pools in the property but pools were not clean with lots of insects floating around. There are no intercoms in the rooms so every time you want something you have to go to the reception. No proper room service, we had to ask for tea bags and towels. The couch in the room had food stains. They don't have an access to beach, the back door opens up in the dump yard of the neighboring property and you have to find your way to the beach. The rooms near the beach are very secluded and not safe at all as the public access to beach is just behind the pool and there is no security guard around that area. Restaurant has a nice view of the beach. Breakfast comes with very limited options but the food was good in taste. Though it is at a walkable distance to the party area, it is very budgeted. If you are looking for a budgeted stay with okish facilities, you can look at this option.

Fantastic stay...looking forward to visit again

Excellent place...superb ambience and most important,the location is very strategic as all the happening clubs and restaurants are almost at walking distance.The Beach side view is beautiful especially the sunset view. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.All in all a must visit place.
