Bad breakfast in bad rooms

Rooms had zero maintenance
No running water in several rooms
There is no hot water in several rooms.
A group of 15 women who went were terribly disappointed
Inadequate breakfast
Poor cuisine
Coffee took 1 hour to arrive.
Disappointed to see that West Inn - the brand has fallen so low.
Pls avoid..

Not my first choice

even though the room was clean, there was a persistent feeling that it could have been cleaner. In part the damp on the wall contributed to the feeling. The bathroom was clean but be careful after using the shower the floor is all wet. the staff in the restaurant was unprofessional, though friendly they were not up to the mark. While some of people manning the front desk were helpful, by and large i found them to be rude and unfriendly. Flatly refusing to help out with travel arrangements. I would suggest checking out several hotels in the vicinity before settling down on The West Inn.

Good Hotel

Hotel is good as per cleanliness, location. Staffs I interacted were not professional and one of the key purpose for rating 3.
Breakfast average. Nearby locations include Mall and other 5 Star Hotels.
