Awful Experience, Rude Receptionist
Unfortunately, everything went downhill on the day of my check-out.
After a long 80 km trip, I was resting quietly on the lobby sofa when a younger male receptionist began shouting gibberish out of nowhere. At first, I thought he was being overly friendly, but it quickly became clear that he was loud, intrusive, and completely unprofessional.
He invaded my personal space, leaned over and even started looking at my phone screen as I was replying to a private message. That is a serious violation of privacy! He continued speaking in an unbearably loud voice, which was physically hurting my eardrums. I tried to politely defuse the situation by asking, “How can I help you?” (despite being a paying guest, not staff! I don’t have any obligation to do service for him!) But he had the audacity to respond:
“You can help by ordering your taxi and leaving.”
Excuse me?? That kind of comment from a receptionist is completely unacceptable. I was a guest, I had every right to be there, and his rude, aggressive tone made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
To avoid confrontation, I ignored him. When he left the desk for a moment, I spoke with a female staff member who had witnessed the entire situation. I asked her what was wrong with him, was he drunk? Her only explanation was: “He’s not drunk. That’s just the way he is…”
That’s even worse.
That man ruined my entire stay. His behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and downright hostile. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in Bali and across Indonesia, and this was by far the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had in Bali.
Unfortunately, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. And He would get into trouble if he continues to act in such disrespectful manner toward customers. Do not stay in that hotel. That person doesn’t value and doesn’t appreciate guests!
And If management continues to tolerate this kind of staff behavior, they clearly don’t value their guests. If you care about respect, privacy, and being treated with dignity - do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Room wasn't too clean, specially for bathroom. No towel, no soap, no toilet paper and no blanket, so u need to have them yourself.

Travelling accomodation
The staff were helpful and friendly. We paid $35 per night per person for a room and stayed one night. There's an 24 hr Indomart (supermarket) across the road.

WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!
It is truely terrible! The staff barely speaks or understands English. My room looks like something taken out of a horror movie, and it might or might not have been cleaned during the last half century. Terrible.
No towels, to toilet paper, no soap, no blankets on the beds, no internet access in the room. The sheets are covered with black spots and there is a stool odor infesting the room. There is mosquito everywhere! The mid section of the hotel is also under building process, which makes you think of Afghanistan war zones.
Do not stay here. Doesn't matter that it's a budget and cheap hotel. This is by far the worst I have seen!
