This hotel is a gem!

This hotel is a gem. Beautiful gardens, pool and dining area. The rooms are large and clean with newly refurbished bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff and management are both helpful and friendly. It was our second stay and it won’t be our last.

Fantastic

What a great, small scale hotel in Lovina. I had the luxurious, renovated room. Very big. The staff, the restaurant, the garden around the pool, really everything perfect.
A paradise in Lovina 50 meters from the beach.
I will definitely be back. How fantastic it is there.

Hotel Asri and comfortable

Room spacious and comfortable for 2 adults 1 child sdh 17th, highly recommended, next visiting have special rate, beach deket garden very asri

Wonderful garden with temple right next to it

Great gardens, friendly staff (English language skills like all the other hotels we visited, not so good, but good internet and with translator it works. Breakfast as usual in Bali, the choice could be increased a bit.
Actually from our point of view everything positive, except for the towels by the pool, which were dirty and stank. The towels in the room were okay though.
The beach is not far, but the piece right next to the hotel was very littered and there are many boats. We ordered a grave to the dolphin statue, there the beach was then clean us there were many small stalls and restaurants. There 26000, back 24000 rp for the grave car.
We talked to the boss and she said as long as we were quiet we could still go to the pool at night. According to official rules and without permission, it is prohibited.
We were very satisfied, but the towels at the pool would have to change.

Could not recommend this place. Brown water coming out of shower was disgusting. Threadbare towels. Very ordinary breakfast. Certainly not the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. Checked out after one night of five(mainly due to water issue) When we checked out the reception staff said to contact expedia for a refund, which we did. However hotel Suma are not responding to calls and emails from Expedia so we are unable to get a refund.
Holidayer beware.
