Our stay/villa was beautiful and very clean. Amazing staff and everyone is very sweet en helpfull. The breakfast chef was also very good, the food was very tasty.

Disappointment

The room was unkempt. The maid service left to be desired. Very poor breakfast. They have supposed Transfer service to the center of Ubud, but we requested it three times and could not be offered, we had to hire a taxi. It is very far from the center of Ubud. Breakfast hours very restricted. If you go early on a hike, you don't get breakfast box. Even if you have it paid. It has a restaurant but although its menu is wide, they almost never have anything left, just pasta. I wouldn't stay there again.

Amazing property with some important CONS

The property is amazing, sound of a stream flowing giving a surreal effect. The villas are well equipped and well kept with personal pool.The pool has an infinity view of the surrounding forest.
Now the CONS, which cannot be sidelined:
1. Very poor access road
2.quite far from ubud centre
3. The resturant of the property shuts off at 8.30-9pm and the staff vanishes off.After that they are unable to provide you with as basic as glasses.

OUR BEST STAY .

Hai there
The best villa we have staying on May with family. Me my husband and our kids.
We book villa with private pool for 2 nights, and we enjoy our holidays at Ubud . The staff are very friendly, helpful. Maria thank you for kindness, and also al staff, sorry can’t remember all the name.
The rooms was amazing, clean , modern .
Breakfast is yummy .
We definitely come back .
