Easy check in, decent location not far from city centre, our room 3a was two separate rooms which was a real bonus,beds were very comfy and bathroom clean and shower ok

The location was good, 20 min walk to downtown Dublin. The mattresses were very comfortable and the building and vicinities were quiet. However, there was absolutely no hot water. As per their instructions, we opened the switch for the shower water heater, waited as long as an hour for the water to heat, but the heat never came. We had to take cold showers. The check-in information also came a bit late (it is a self check-in, there are no employees on the premises).
Overall, it worked for the one night we were there.

A nice, clean and well equipped room for a family or group of friends. The location was fine apart from a few dodgy characters hanging around. My only negative was the problem getting in when we first arrived, I'd sent photos of passports days earlier in an email , but didn't receive any codes. If the shop keeper next door hadn't helped it could have been very stressful.

Terrible.

On the morning of our arrival in Dublin they send me a whatspp message and ask me for photos of the documents of the people who will be staying. Then they will send me the code to access the facility. I'll send the papers right away, but they won't send me the code. We take flight and land in Dublin. I don't have the code yet, and I start texting him, asking him. No response. We arrive in front of the structure and they still have not sent me the code for access to the rooms. After countless phone calls (no one ever answered), they reply on whatsapp saying that they had already sent me the codes on the email. Checking, I don't have any e-mail. Meanwhile it's raining, it's cold, we're in the middle of the road and for more than half an hour we've been outside the structure and we can't get in.
At my code requests they keep telling me (via whatsapp) that they sent me the email. Finally after a long time they decide to send me the codes via whatsaap and finally we can enter. Totally unreliable. If I could I would give 0 (zero).

Affordable stay. Very convenient location. Very close to the bus stop. Several sights are within walking distance.
