Excellent host. Very comfortable room. Make sure and have a good appetite in the morning time for the exceptional breakfast you'll not be disappointed. Highly recommend

Peaceful location, high quality rooms, great breakfast.

A unique B&B. It is a private semi detached house in a peaceful location. The house has been converted to a high quality B&B. It offers two double en suite bedrooms
Parking is on the drive of the house.
The host (Catherine) resides in an extension at the rear of the property and is on hand if needed.
All rooms are decorated tastefully and to a very high standard.
There is a nice choice of home made breakfast. The quality is excellent.
Catherine was very welcoming and helpful.
You are well placed for Dungarvan and the many attractions nearby.

You will not get a nicer breakfast in Dungarvan.

This b&b belies its relatively modest price per room. The package on offer is closer to a boutique guesthouse experience with a b&b price tag. Greeted on arrival with a beautiful apple crumble and coffee by Catherine the wonderful owner and chef. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable and overall restful! The piece de resistance is the breakfast which is just sublime . You won’t get a nicer hotel breakfast anywhere in Dungarvan. The B&B is located within an easy walk of the town and greenway. This is a great place to stay and I hope to return soon!

Amazing B&B

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The host, Catherine couldn’t do enough for us. The room was so comfortable and the quality of bedding fab! Breakfast was above and beyond. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough if you’re in the area.

Great experience

Catherine, is such a brilliant host and her house is beautiful . She welcomed us with a lovely apple crumble and gave us so much information on local restaurants and good walks in the area. The breakfast next morning was the best we've ever had.
