Comfort and comfort

Great place. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Beautiful location. It's full of shops, historic sites and museums. Hotel staff are highly professional, sympathetic and always ready to assist young people. Communication with them is possible on business, on household matters, and just for the soul. A restaurant has opened - a wine club where you can and should spend time. They serve breakfast in the morning. Prices are democratic. The quality is remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't.
The hotel employees are Dmitry, Eugene, Nicole. Communication in Russian, Hebrew, English.

A bad hotel!!!

Bad hotel!! Cheap hostel disguised as a hotel! We arrived at a short holiday beginner that the hotel only stairs are not accessible, we got an old room!! With wet tubs and broken tiles, there was no hot water!!
The hotel's location above the bar and Swan Street. All night there's a terrible noise like you're sleeping inside the bar itself.
When I addressed the allegations, the guy at the reception said he wasn't the landlord and paid us for staying until the stallion free of charge!
Instead of immediately compensating us, we simply refused, all the money they had to pay back, but it turns out the guests didn't interest them, so what if they didn't shower or sleep?
Shame on a place that calls itself another hotel! It's a cheap hostel definitely not for a holiday!

Service and bad experience

Service of terrible quality, not recommended at all! Me and my friend went out upset and humiliated from the “holidays” at the hotel and especially in a bad atmosphere.
We closed a vacation at the Eden Hotel between September 18th and September 20th. On September 19th in the evening (Friday) we asked the receptionist if it was possible to post the check-out on Saturday for 5 o'clock or to keep the items due to public transportation. She responded generally that "it seems so" and "no problem". At no point was it said that this was a surcharge, and we understood that she intended to stay in the room since nothing was said about storing the items.
We're a couple of girls, we're not here to cheat anyone, we're here to smuggle, and we knew the check was out at 12.
The next day we got a call from the hotel owner, threatening us (!) to throw our stuff in the hallway and that if we don't pay 200 NIS, he'll take all our personal stuff out of the room. He said the call was recorded (I wish it was, and we would hear it, because it would prove that we were right) and lied that the office told us it was for an extra charge and that she told us there was a room for items.
At the end, at 2:30, they knocked at our door and demanded immediate payment, even though they agreed otherwise, threatening and speaking disrespectfully and also not giving the recording and threats that only in court we could hear. We felt deceived, we got out with a bad feeling and it ruined us all. We just came to rest, why make people feel that way? It was their mistake and their irresponsibility. We checked ahead and it was a misunderstanding between them.
We had no problem paying, but the humiliating and mistaken treatment was on their team and not ours.

The child is also satisfied

Clean and tidy, excellent location and friendly staff
A huge room and a pampering balcony
Excellent mattress, going to buy one (:
The hotel has sections for sitting together with other guests, the place has been renovated and there is parking around the hotel without a parking lot, but there is Blue and White and on Saturday it is free, in short, we left very satisfied, close to the Talpiot market and Luadi Nissens
