A motorcycle trip with friends and staying in a friendly hotel

As always, the kindness and professionalism make you feel at home. Perfect hotel and the restaurant is impeccable. The staff is helpful and the environment is well-cared for in every detail and super clean. This is the third time and this time by motorcycle ..... see you for the next one Thank you all.

Two wonderful weeks of vacation in South Tyrol

I can only say one thing: Do not let the negative reviews deter you. Sometimes the saying just holds true: "What goes around, comes around."
We spent two weeks at Hotel Ruster and were completely satisfied. The park is beautifully landscaped and invites you to relax. The pool area is also very well done. We especially liked the three whirlpools in total – one of them is located in the sauna area (Haus Schönblick). There is even a refrigerator with cold drinks available for self-service.
The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. You can eat excellently in the hotel's own restaurant. Those looking for variety can reach the center of Algund in about ten minutes on foot and will also find many good restaurants there.
The breakfast was excellent: numerous regional products, a large selection of fresh fruit and berries, as well as everything one could wish for a successful start to the day. Our room corresponded exactly to the description and was thoroughly cleaned daily.
We were able to store our bicycles safely in a locked garage. We found it especially practical that tools for minor repairs were even available there.
Our conclusion: We would love to come back!

Very nice stay at the Ruster Resort.

The stay was wonderful. Very nice, clean, modernly furnished single room with air conditioning and a view of Merano.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful, and dining in the Ruster cellar is always a highlight!
2 bus stops directly in front of the hotel.
I have already booked my next stay in the fall.
100% recommendation.

Markets, spas and more

Rooms are spacious, well soundproofed and clean. Small but well maintained and with enough to relax the spa. Fantastic sweet and savory breakfast. Cozy restaurant, with pleasant service and good quality typical cuisine. The ticket to take transport in the area is a nice plus as well as the outdoor areas. We hope to be able to return in summer to take bike rides and enjoy the outdoor pools and spa etc.
