Very friendly and generous apartment hotel with plenty of space for relaxation!

First of all, thank you very much for trusting us again!
We really enjoyed our two days with you and were very satisfied with everything: great friendliness, wonderful breakfast, nice apartment, and a fantastic spa area including a large outdoor swimming pool. Everything was also very clean and, above all, spacious. We were completely satisfied, especially the friendliness of all the staff was outstanding!
We will definitely stay with you several more times this year and wish you a great and successful season!

Perfect all round
I was 150% happy. Everything was just right: The room itself, the design, the park, the spa, the breakfast and above all the extremely nice team. I felt infinitely comfortable and very recovered! I tried three of the restaurant tips and here too: 5 stars. You're doing a wonderful job. THANK YOU! I will be back and am currently planning the next stay in 2027.

A perfect holiday in a perfect hotel
If you could award 6 points as the highest score, we would have done so without restriction. Our stay was just perfect all around. In the beautifully restored old villa and in our great apartment everything really fit - be it the equipment, the breakfast, the coffee house, the Service, the atmosphere and cosiness. Everyone on site was unashamedly friendly, whether at the reception, in the Service at breakfast or in the cosy coffee house and bar, in the spa treatments, in the room service or the hardworking helpers in the great garden. You could always feel the very personal touch through countless small details such as fresh flowers from your own garden everywhere. We travelled with dog, which was nowhere a problem. So holidays are even more fun, which is why we had even extended and will gladly come back.

Surrounded by greenery
Knowing me they made us a welcome voucher for breakfast, at the weekend we recommend booking. You will be greeted by an immensity of greenery, new structure next to the house of beautiful dated construction, but which has all its charm. Immense and very welcoming rooms, wide choice of organic products, from bread, to desserts, a choice of products at km 0. One and only disappointing note to make, you will not find any description of the product proposed in Italian, only and only German, not even in English, shame, this is not true respect the Italian guest who comes to this property, it is not even a sign of good coexistence towards Italians, at this point I would almost recommend putting out the door a sign “No Italian”!

Poiché circa il 90% dei nostri ospiti proviene dall’area linguistica tedesca e negli ultimi tempi abbiamo sempre più ospiti di lingua inglese, abbiamo scelto di proporre le descrizioni dei prodotti nelle due lingue, per evitare troppa confusione.
Per quanto riguarda invece le informazioni importanti, come ad esempio il menù della colazione e ciò che si può ordinare, sono presenti le tre lingue: tedesco, inglese e italiano. Gli ospiti di madrelingua italiana, sono sempre i benvenuti, così come tutti gli altri, indipendentemente dalla lingua che parlano. La scelta di due lingue per le descrizioni dei prodotti è stata fatta unicamente per motivi pratici.

9/10 (bus connection to Merano right outside the door / small shopping center 200 meters away / Everything in the town of Algund is within walking distance)
Rooms:
10/10 (very clean, large, with EVERYTHING your heart desires / TV / Radio / Kitchen / Coffee maker / 2 bathrooms / large showers / comfortable beds / great view from the balcony)
Breakfast:
10/10 (local, fresh and a la minute prepared food / great selection / very good coffee / breakfast time also suitable for long clubs)
Hotel facilities:
10/10 (all very stylish and friendly furnished / pool / swimming pond / saunas / wheels / wellness / etc. at a very high level)
Personnel:
11/10 (every employee, without exception, is friendly and without it appearing put on)
