Investments are being made here – in functionality, safety, and hospitality.

The family that runs this B&B understands the needs of the guests and focuses on hospitality; they have made remarkable and sensible investments during the renovation and have also spent a bit on details: Here you can find, for example, enough hooks in the wet area, you are allowed to help yourself at two self-service stations including coffee machines (free), throughout the house you feel very safe, and the rooftop terrace is a little gem. I was introduced by the parents and immediately felt warmly welcomed; they also gave me good and varied tips for fine restaurants with local specialties, etc.
If someone takes a warm shower in the house, the hot water preparation system in the stairwell gets a bit loud, but as soon as I understood what it was, it no longer bothered me.
I wish the Flavì many decent regular guests!

Nice little apartment

Beautiful small but perfect apartment for a short stay. Extremely clean and nothing is missing. Small balcony where you can relax with a beautiful view of the moored ships
The only disadvantage is that there is a deal taking place in front of the door at the end of the afternoon or beginning of the evening. It doesn't bother you, but still...

Estetica e simpatia

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso delle piacevolissime giornate da Flavi', nella città vecchia di Bari. Oltre alle magnifiche basiliche, le collezioni d'arte, la cucina, la simpatia e disponibilità degli abitanti, ha contribuito al nostro benessere e piacevole ricordo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della famiglia che gestisce il Bed and Breakfast. Oltre alla comodità abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il buon gusto dell'arredamento e la sua funzionalità.

Soggiorno perfetto

Io e mio marito siamo stati in questa struttura una sola notte e l'accoglienza e' stata perfetta. La struttura e' nuova, arredata con ottimo gusto, pulitissima e curata. Abbiamo potuto ammirare dal terrazzino la splendida vista sul mare.
Ringraziamo Enzo e moglie per la disponibilita' e gli ottimi cornetti!
Sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno nella splendida citta' vecchia di Bari.

Bellissima struttura!

Bellissima struttura, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Curata nei minimi particolari e con camere arredate deliziosamente. Ottima colazione e posizione strategica sopratutto se si vuol visitare il centro storico.
