Very good

Clean hotel, where you can breathe art and modernity, but above all hospitality, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast to choose from three menus decidedly rich and attention to detail.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IT IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

It was our first time in Bari. We didn't like the city. We only stayed one night. The area where the hotel is located is scary.
The room was large, but it smelled damp.
The bed was very uncomfortable; it made a terrible noise when you moved. The pillows were awful.
We were leaving very early for the airport and I went to take a shower... and there was no soap in the shower. I was furious. How is it possible that a four-star hotel (supposedly) doesn't have soap in the shower?
I wouldn't go back to that hotel for anything.

Eco Friendly and Perfect

Five stars in a wonderful eco responsible hotel. Simple, but filling, breakfast…great music! Visit the bees upstairs on the rooftop. Extremely attentive staff. Located very near the old town and shopping.

A DEFINITE NO!! Visited Imago Plus hotel June 2025 and will not return as staff were rude,intolerant,negative and uneducated.Do not waste your holiday here!

"A quiet gem in Bari: charm, comfort and impeccable attention"

We stayed at the Imago Plus Hotel on our first night in Puglia, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the historic center, allowing you to explore the city easily without being in the middle of the bustle.
The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and resolute, they helped us with the booking in a restaurant adapted to special diet.
The hotel has a special charm, with many small details that make it great.
Breakfast, spectacular: varied, quality and very careful.
Rating: the bathroom was a little old, although well clean. However, overall experience compensates for this.
