Extraordinary!!! I recommend without reservation!!

We had a fantastic time at Sete, 1st nights in Italy on a cycling trip. We were welcomed at Sete like kings, invited as soon as we arrived to a (private) meal that our hostess had organized with her friends! THANKS!!!

Like home, just far away from real home

The place is very friendly and nice. Hostesses are very welcome and caring. The location is nice and very convenient if you are coming with a car. Despite the fact – it is close to road, there is no noise and you can spend cozy evening outside. The environment is watched out and clean. Private locked territory let you feel fully safe. We had a fine Italian breakfast included. Rooms and bathroom are nicely decorated and furnished. All clean. You have all you need in this house for your stay and hostess support is available all the time. When we had WiFi problems, they were fixed very quickly. Host also gave good advices and was a nice lady to chat during our stay. Upon leaving we even got a present!
The house was a tricky place to find using a car. The GPS was pointing out through wrong direction. But this is more GPS problem and not hotels :)

Accoglienza vera

Il b&b è INCANTEVOVE, un'oasi di verde con arredamento curato ed angoli da sogno. Le mie figlie hanno amato il giardino, l'amaca e la colazione. Io e mio marito l'ospitalità genuina della signora che ti accoglie facendoti sentire veramente gradito. Il quartiere non sarà bello esteticamente, ma è ben servito....a 10 minuti di treno dalla stazione di Bari e dal centro, ti permette di non pensare al parcheggio. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

Notte di passaggio

Punti di forza: camera spaziosa, materasso comodo, signora molto gentile e disponibile, parcheggio interno e gratuito, accettano i cani senza alcun supplemento, prezzo onesto.
Punti di debolezza: manca L’ aria condizionata e fa un caldo pazzesco.
Zona periferica abbandonata all’esterno del B&b, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria del quartiere.
Colazione con cornetti confezionati bauli e caffè in moka in tavolo condiviso con le altre stanze( personalmente nonostante fossa compresa nel prezzo abbiamo preferito farla al mc donald che si trova a 5 minuti )
Camere non insonorizzate, quella sera era presente anche un altra coppia che fino all’ una e mezza di notte entrava ed uscita dalla camera e parlava nelle zone comuni al di fuori delle camere, ma questo NON È sicuramente colpa della proprietaria!

AD UN PASSO DA BARI

In questo B&B ci siamo fermati una notte, la prima del nostro viaggio in Puglia.
Lo consiglio perchè:
La struttura, anche se non grandissima, è in una zona tranquilla e circondata dal verde;
la signora è gentile e disponibile;
la camera non è grande ma pulita con bagno privato;
il parcheggio è privato e gratuito, all'interno della struttura;
colazione buona ma normale nelle quantità;
la posizione di questo B&B è il suo punto di forza: ideale per visitare Bari, infatti Le Sete è vicinissimo alla piccola stazione ferroviaria "Mungivacca" (2 min a piedi) da cui si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti la capitale;
economico: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
