Very nice!
Good location on the port. Excellent comfortable welcome and very clean. Loud because above a bar, especially the room for 3 people overlooking the port.

To avoid.. customer service 0. (We phone to report that the window does not close, we come across an agency which says to call us back.. we are still waiting.
Cleanliness not up to standard.
No soundproofing.
No bottles in the fridge, incompatible coffee capsules..
Positive points: the pressure of the shower.. and the nice waiter in the restaurant next to the accommodation (the one that belongs to the owner..)

Don't book!!!
The worst spent €160 per night ever. Dirty room upon arrival and never cleaned during the days of stay. Zero courtesy set. Malfunctioning air conditioners, a TV that didn't work, a jacuzzi that was unusable because it was dirty. Pieces of wall/plasterboard in the bathroom coming off. No maintenance whatsoever and dirt everywhere. Entrance through the tables of a bar (not theirs).

FALSO B&B !
Appena arrivati, non solo hanno avuto da subito problemi con la prenotazione e con la camera, ma ci hanno fatto aspettare più di tre quarti d'ora per farci accomodare (tutto questo dopo averli chiamati due volte e non avendo saputo da nessuno del loro staff che in realtà chi gestisce ciò sono quelli del frizz cafè di fronte)
La camera si è presentata da subito piccola (e non come presentata in foto) e ghiacciata e per farla riscaldare ce n'è voluto, nonostante il condizionatore fosse a 31°e con ventola alla massima potenza.
Attenzione soprattutto alla formula B&B: non lo è affatto! Difatti non offrono la colazione, come nella realtà dovrebbe essere (BED AND BREAKFAST evidentemente non sanno cosa significhi...) In camera trovate due fette biscottate preconfezionate, della marmellata prossima alla scadenza ed un bollitore non funzionante e che al suo interno è sprovvisto di protezione: tubi arrugginiti che non possono essere a contatto dell'acqua che dovreste versarci!
Ci viene detto, così come da scritto nel foglio della camera, che la colazione al bar frizz, appunto, è dalle ore 8:00 alle 11:00. Ci rechiamo pertanto la mattina seguente alle 9:30 in loco e sorpresa: tutto chiuso! Chiamiamo dopo numerose volte il numero di riferimento e ci viene felicemente comunicato che la colazione non è prevista e che al massimo x scusarsi dell'inconveniente ci avrebbero "Offerto un caffè la volta successiva". Ovviamente non ci sarà una prossima volta, nè nel loro fantomatico "b&b" nè nel loro bar.
Ah...guardacaso quest'ultimo viene aperto dieci minuti esatti dalla mia chiamata mattutina. Coincidenze......

ottima stanza
Ottima camera vista mare, buone le dimensioni e vista notevole (allego foto). Unica pecca la mancanza di bidet in un bagno un po' piccolo ma ben curato. Qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione da fare ma nel complesso un bel soggiorno in pieno centro. Check in in un bar in piazzetta, il Sig. Lucio gentilissimo ed efficiente. Io mi sono trovato bene e ci torenrò.
