Like at home

This is the second time we have come back to this lovely hotel. Great location, well-kept and constantly evolving spaces, friendly and prepared staff. Then there are Stefania and Lucia who make you feel at home, attentive to every need. With two small girls and a small injury on the ski slopes, they pampered us and helped us to better manage this emergency. We will be back.

What a shame

Acceptable, for the category it belongs to. Too crowded with excessively large, noisy groups, with peaks of tangible rudeness. The food is good, but the setup is like a cafeteria, all focused on haste: the chosen dishes are not available after a few minutes. They practically rush you out of the dining room, all in all with pleasure, because all you can hear is shouting. What a shame, it could have been an otherwise acceptable hotel.

If it's Bormio, it's not this hotel.

The room was comfortable.
Breakfast did not meet our expectations.
Tour groups are accepted and the hotel is converted into a discotheque. An Schlaf was even in the 3. Stick not to think. Nor were we informed of this in advance.
Wi-Fi and sauna use is subject to a fee and should be possible from 3pm to 7pm. However, we had to ask several times to turn on the sauna, which of course was only usable 1 hour later.

Great week, recommended hotel. Top!!

I am a teacher of a secondary school with 130 pupils who participated in a ski holiday project.
We were guests of the hotel.
Friendly welcome with maximum availability of all the hotel staff coordinated by the fantastic Mrs. Stefania. Clean and tidy hotel everywhere .. almost manic! Comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine. In the health emergency, Mrs. Stefania even made her personal car available to us to retrieve a pupil from the Si Sondalo hospital. Mr. Massimo friendly, smiling and nice person.
Family and warm atmosphere. The boys pampered daily by the always smiling greeting of the vigilant and attentive grandmother. Great location a stone's throw from the lifts.

Bormio brings you back into the world!

I have just returned from my one week stay at the Derby hotel and I recommend it to everyone: great structure, unique location, service characterized by professionalism and great kindness, extraordinary meals! A special thanks to all the staff and in particular to Massimo who with his professionalism and unique sympathy has cheered our stay
