Fabulous experience

Apartment equipped with every comfort, bright, spacious and very nice with views of the pool and the sea. The spacious swimming pool (with a small children's corner) and the private beach very convenient, just get off the room. The staff (I think the owner) is extremely kind. Definitely will be back.
Top location: beachfront, a few steps from the center. In the immediate vicinity there is everything from bakery, restaurants, playground etc. Highly recommended :)

Best place to be

Evrything is so clean here, there are few tourist at this time so its good to be here. It's close to Caorle. The room is good, you can cook and make coffee. You have your own private beach, there is a private pool and playground for kids

perfect with kids, nice beaches

+super view over the beach and sea
+functional kitchen
+clean beaches
+carpark belonging to the hotel, but also plenty of carparks outside the hotel
+shops close by
+AC
+free table tennis gear
+balcony
-pool is smaller than it looks on the photos
-fact that dogs are not allowed is not taken too seriously
-sofabed not too comfortable
-carpark: when too many cars they are allowed to park in a row in the middle, which makes it very difficult, sometimes even impossible to get out of your own space
-only one lift
-a slight issue with ants in the room
beware that there's a quiet time (no use of the pool) early afternoon for a few hours. Could be a problem if you have very young children who don't do any siestas.

Very nice place

The hotel has great apartments which are well equipped for a holiday at the sea. The pool and the private beach part is just in front of the building. There's also a closed parking and some bars/restaurants nearby.
