We had a great room with a great view, expected to be able to utilize the pool next-door, but was not part of the hotel and the beach below was a public beach and the stairwell was in the process of being repaired so it was difficult to get to and very crowded. Location was very convenient to the ferry.

Great Beach View. Staff was excellent. Great Breakfast; we had ours delivered and had it on the balcony. This is a hidden gem. Best to get a Porter when getting off the Ferry (which we did not do). Husband carried luggage up the 5 flights of stairs. If mobility is an issue this is not the hotel for you. Personally the stairs of the hotel were worth the view from our room. We would stay again.

Boutique Gem in Downtown Naples

We were thrilled to discover this boutique gem in the heart of downtown Naples. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants on 5th and a lovely walk to the beach for sunset. The hotel is clean with well-appointed rooms, a nice private pool, and a robust continental breakfast included.

There’s no way to give anything less than a 10 for this hotel. Everything was simply perfect, and the view is the best ever!
One important note about the breakfast in the room (which is amazing, by the way) since they deliver it directly to you. In our case, however, the woman who brought it didn’t explain very clearly how to enjoy it without being surprised by the seagulls.
She phrased it in a way that my husband and I understood that you could only step outside briefly to take a quick photo of the breakfast, but should eat inside the room because the birds might grab the food. In reality, she meant the exact opposite: you can eat outside, as long as you don’t leave the food unattended, because the birds will come if you step away to take pictures 😂 And that’s what happened to us, it was quite scary.
But, we absolutely have nothing to complain about, We would definitely come back to this same hotel without hesitation!

We arrived for check in at 4 pm. Doors locked and no one answered several pushes of the buzzer. Had to get a room down the street.
