Irrinunciabile

Frequentiamo L ambiente da diverso tempo e possiamo suggerire a tutti coloro che vanno anche un solo giorno a Macugnaga, di fare una tappa a pranzo o cena o addirittura pernottare in quanto rimarrete soddisfatti in primis la pulizia L accoglienza ma specialmente le prelibatezze della cucina senza dimenticare la pizza favolosa gustosa e leggerissima con prezzi veramente concorrenziali . comfortable but ask for the rooms to be specified

We recently stayed at this property, the place was comfortable, the managers were kind, and they also have a restaurant service that isn't bad... it's a shame about the "misunderstanding" and the lack of transparency with the room... I'll call well in advance to book specifying whether dogs were accepted, we were told yes without any problem, upon our arrival we found ourselves in front of an unsuitable room to say ancient style and already be kind, nothing like the one we had on the site, we went to point it out, and we were told replied that the rooms seen on the site were the renovated part that "WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN WITH THE DOG" and if we had gone to Macugnaga they would have cost more...I am shocked because if I call the structure it is because I am interested in that one. ..we stayed because we were tired from the day otherwise I would have left without hesitation coming from nearby areas... we got the classic tourist rip-off!!!
it would have been enough to specify when booking instead of having us find the unpleasant surprise. I recommend it but ask for the details to be specified in advance.

Cucina buonissima camere accoglienti e pulite,personale gentile simpatico e professionale.
Proprietari cordialissimi e disponibili,
Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra Barbara proprietaria ed alla cuoca che hanno garantito professionalmente i pasti celiaci prima moglie.

Ottima esperienza, assolutamente consigliato

Ottima disponibilità! Camere nuove, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Credo siano state ristrutturate di recente dato che anche la verniciatura interna era perfetta
Ottima cena con cibi di ottima qualità e ottima colazione variegata.

pessimo da evitare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti facendo la prenotazione telefonica concordando un prezzo di 60 euro notte.Al nostro arrivo ci viene data una camera che a dire schifosa è un complimento peli dappertutto nel bagno dentro il letto doccia con la tenda di plastica il bidè non scaricando bene presentava una riga sul marrone nello scarico vi lascio immaginare a voi per non essere esplicito.
Non avendo alternative essendo tutti gli alloggi pieni in quanto aravamo li il 17 agosto siamo restati fino a quando non abbiamo trovato un'altra struttura più decente.Premetto che a 56 anni ho girato abbastanza e non pretendo che con 60 euro debba avere un servizio da quattro stelle però soprattutto in questo periodo di covid ho trovato maggiore igiene nei bagni pubblici.Poi al momento del pagamento della camera la titolare non è stata neanche di parola dicendo a mia moglie che il prezzo era di 70 euro notte poi che la camera era provvista di bagno quando telefonicamente non me lo aveva precisato altrimenti senza bagno non avrei prenotato.Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
