We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed having air conditioning in our room as the weather was unusually hot. The breakfast was outstanding and morning staff very polite and accommodating.

Location, location, location

We stayed in the largest rooms that they have, calling them "suites" is a bit disingenuous. That said, they are very comfortable for 2-3 people. The location is great as it's a short walk to the ferry and to several restaurants. The complaints about the elevator and breakfast are valid, but overall it's a good option if the price is right.

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Staff very helpful, very clean and modern look. Very accommodating and can park car in front of hotel to offload/onload. Would definitely come back!

It was surprised good. Personal is very kind and helpful. Their English are all good which is not common in Italy. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was surprised good for Italian. Will be back again for sure.

Beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable, amazing view of lake and mountains from balcony. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family!
