Exceptionally great hospitality in a wonderful place!

The hospitality of Rox and Claudia is hard to beat in terms of warmth and friendliness! From the first second we felt more like friends than guests. The house and the location are so beautiful and enchanting. We were cooked great by Claudia and had wonderful conversations over dinner together. The passion of the two for this place and for their guests is great and each of our needs was taken care of immediately. If you want to experience an original Italy, this is the place for you. Rox still provided us with perfect insider knowledge about the hiking trails. We were on the way as pilgrims on the Francis Way and were therefore unfortunately only guests for one night. We will definitely come back. And for pilgrims on the Camino de Francis, we recommend a stopover here between Stroncone and Calvi dell Umbria.

Kindness and hospitality

Rox and Claudia welcomed us in a really kind way, although we arrived late in the evening!
The rooms are very spacious, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms functional and equipped with everything!
They advised us where to dine and what to do... if we had arrived earlier, we would surely have taken a ride together in the area.
The breakfast made by Claudia and served by Rox is plentiful, varied (sweet and salty), genuine and very good!
If we go back there, we'll definitely sleep over there!

Complete relaxation

Rox and Claudia gave us an extraordinary welcome, kind, helpful, hospitable and ready to satisfy every request. Rich and varied breakfast, excellent jams made by Claudia.
Wonderful view and complete relaxation.
Central enough location to reach several key tourist points. Highly recommended.

Soggiorno super !

Siamo stati da Rox e Claudia per una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo . La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita con un grande terrazzo con una spettacolare vista sulle montagne ... Si è veramente immersi nella natura ! Il bagno fuori dalla stanza ma privato , grande e fornito di tutto. Colazione super con prodotti fatti in casa e marmellate favolose ! Rox e Claudia sono due persone davvero gentili e simpatiche ... È stato un piacere passare del tempo con loro ! Super consigliato !
