Paradise in the mountains!!!

Great value for money...simple facilities.....Spacious, homely and relaxing, 3 bedrooms, bathroom fully furnished kitchen with an excellent coffee machine, antique vintage decors, massive living room and terrace. We had the use of the enormous garden that runs down to a small river.....parking indoors. Great for a de-stress trip! The hosts were what you would typically see in an old Italian film....great Italian hospitality.... location was great for frequent trips to Lugano and Lago ... Definitely would reccommend it......

Bad and shameful without invoice and registration for more than 3 weeks

I highly recommend the place because and out of the way with dogs cats children etc..... a total mess from morning to night .... plus the owner at night in the salon to do ...... you always understood with a different ...... a total mess practically.... I highly recommend... then without invoice and registration.......

Le Ore Liete - Aggressive Owner and no heating

We managed to book this B&B cheaply due to the off season (Jan)....thats when things went downhill.
We asked for toilet paper and were responded with an eye rolling response of...ohhhh
We then popped out at 4pm on the first day to get some supplies from the shop and returned to a cold apartment.
The owner said they turned the heating off as its too expensive.
We had small children and give the predicted low was approx -6, we asked if the heating could be turned on during the night...kind of a general request we thought.
The owner who lives downstairs went into a fit explaining how expensive it was to run heating and as we got a cheap rate and that we should not expect heating.
We left and lost our deposit.
All happy when you arrive....psycho owner within 3 hours.

Non auguriamo a nessuno questo genere di clienti. ..prepotenti arroganti sia con le loro figlie che nei nostri confronti. ..hanno deciso di lasciare l'appartamento 1 ora dopo essere arrivati....la prenotazione era stata effettuata da una conoscente che altrimenti avrebbe dovuto ospitarli! erano abituati ai 5 stelle ..forse..o semplicemente volevano soggiornare gratis!!!!

Basic But good value

Very basic accommodation But value for the cost .....
Had the use of a large lounge,dinning area Plus full kitchen
2 bedrooms rooms =1 twin and 1 double ..Share bathroom
Host very friendly & spoke English ....
Great breakfast..... Such a choice ...

sono rimasta contenta dell'ospitalità pulizia ed organizzazione. La proprietà gentile cordiale e molto alla mano. la struttura la consiglio vivamente. ottima la colazione era abbastanza varia. una vacanza di relax immersi nel verde
