A fairytale place

Lovely place!! Sublime dishes!! Above all a thank you to the owner Rocco .. a special person full of enthusiasm and sympathy .. care everything down to the small details! What to say .. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!

Fabulous

Randomly found place for a weekend that was supposed to be relaxing returned super happy at home and spent a FABULOUS weekend we found guests with whom we spent the afternoon in the pool and after dinner in the garden until late with chatter and laughter. Le Maginot a WONDERFUL discovery an hour from Milan, Rocco a person of heart, super helpful and his staff really exceptional, courteous and very kind. Beautiful room, spotless and very quiet, very good food. We will definitely be back soon and thank you so much for everything!!!

Bad stay...not book!

Terrible stay !!!
We wanted a nice accommodation with restaurant and a spa so we don't have to search on arrival.
What we got was unfortunately different...or terrible!
The restaurant was closed even though it was stated. So no bar or staff on site.
When asked for the spa. Indication: 2 hours For 2 people possible for 100 euros. (Sorry, even in the top hotel not such prices)
Breakfast?? 2 boxes in the minibar with cookies, yogurt, 4 coffee pads ...where was the indicated breakfast??
.Boiler totally dirty. Toilet with hair.
And that at 118 euros.
We were the only guests in the entire property...
One of the worst accommodations we have ever booked...

Going for restaurants

Location on the bank of the Great River Po renovated and studied in every detail nothing to chance.
The patron of the house very affable person who puts you at ease immediately.
The restaurant with traditional dishes and local products of excellent quality also leaves room for fish dishes.
Well cared for and well served accompanied by a respectable wine list.
The price in line with the proposed quality.
I recommend to go there but better before book.

We visited for business from Japan as a party of two. The atmosphere was very calm, the staff were very kind, and both the food and wine were excellent. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.
