Experience at this hotel. Stay there for 20 minutes. It is nothing like the pictures do not do not stay at this property. She charged me for one night I was only there for 20 minutes

Location was truly amazing! Views were breathtaking. Room was spacious. Lots of stairs!!Lift was tiny and not acceptable all the time. Host was great and communicated throughout the stay. Small breakfast included downstairs at restaurant with view of Duomo.

Service was friendly and very nice! View was amazing, bed was pretty hard, room was pretty small along with the shower. But was worth it for the view. Can be noisey if going to be earlier in the evening.

Property was stunning. View was spectacular. Host was gracious and thoughtful. Very very clean rooms. Righ at Duomo. Near great restaurants and shopping and museums.
