Location is not centre - about 10 mins walk to nearest tram, which takes approximately 30 mins to get to Florence S M Novella train station. Clean room, friendly host.

Its a beautiful place and a very calm. I had a great few days. The staff is absolutely awesome!

Beautiful apartment

Perfect place to stay in Florence. Super strong air conditioning which was great cause it was over 100 degrees every day. The room was very clean and organized, the host was super available and responsive. Overall a very nice stay.

Couple stay in Florence

Perfect stay, I stayed at the property for two days with my girlfriend, we were looking for a quiet place, comfortable and out of the center, but accessible by car, and here we found everything, super positive experience, we will definitely return
