Great location, friendly place

Firstly the hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was large and although a little dated it was very clean.
The staff were all friendly, especially in the breakfast room where the service and choice was great.
The bed was large and comfy and there was air con which we appreciated in the heat!
We had 3 nights here and it was perfect for our city break.

Flight was very delayed, arrival at night, staff were helpful with booking a car to the hotel. Worth the extra cost and we saw a few sights by night
Hotel was excellent - room was great - super location - plentiful breakfast.
We really enjoyed river/people watching.
Tried the terrace but it was too hot to stay out long.
Once in the city we took a taxi back to the airport.

Very good location.

The place is pleasant, facing the Arno River; the service is very good, the breakfast is good, but the rooms leave something to be desired, they are very cramped and the television is very small.

A very classy 4* Hotel with 5* staff

What a wonderful hotel, very professional and friendly staff. The room was substantial and clean. An amazing bathroom, just wow! The breakfast had a fantastic selection available and the best coffee we have had in Italy.

A great experience!

Elegant and a great location on the river, a stone’s throw to the Ponte Vecchia. Great shopping just around the corner and super staff. Highly recommend!
